ALICE WONDER
The young Alice Wonder starts her musical career recording videos in the solitude of her room and sharing these magic moments with the world through social media. She adapts and appropriates some of the most exciting songs of the recent years. It moves in an ambiguous register, with an incredibly dark voice, black, grave, souly, but delicate, with a special profoundness that overflows its own intimacy and ours.

Followed by hundreds of thousands of fans on social networks, Alice shows up herself in her first EP with self-penned songs that included the hit single "Take off”.

The voice of Alice Wonder finds in the listener a unique form to move and generate emotions in a very particular universe. Composed in the middle of a big storm comes to light her first single "Strategy" where she evokes the speed, the fire, the chill and the nostalgia of the happy moments. Look for a memory while looking for a new adventure, a common thread of the rest of the songs that will come, like her second single "Clean up the Mess” and her third single "Too Mad”. Songs that speak about all those people that surround her universe and without knowing very well what they do, they have transcended her decisions and her way of understanding the experiences of her life.

Poems for Jamiro ist ein Indie-Pop/Electro-Duo aus Hamburg.

Ihre Musik hat Nina und Laila binnen kurzer Zeit über die Grenzen Deutschlands hinaus und bis nach Island geführt. Wie sehr Skandinavien musikalisch Einfluss auf die beiden genommen hat, lässt sich kaum verleugnen; hatten sie als melancholisches Songwriter-Duo an Klavier und Geige begonnen, erweiterte sich ihr Sound innerhalb eines Jahres um atmosphärische, filigrane Electro-Klänge.
Mit Hilfe von Electro-Loops, Synthesizern, Gitarre und nicht zuletzt ihrem zweistimmigen Gesang zaubern sie zu zweit einen Sound auf die Bühne, der an eine vielköpfige Band denken lässt und ihr Publikum allen Ortes wieder und wieder in Erstaunen versetzt.
Nach dem Release ihres Debutalbums "Homeward Bound" (2014) wird ihr zweites Album voraussichtlich 2018 erscheinen.

Poems for Jamiro is an indie / electro pop duo from Hamburg, Germany. Starting as an acoustic act with piano and violin, their set developed by additional synthesizers and electronic loops. With their two-set harmonic melodies, Nina and Laila create a spherical, full live sound that makes you forget there’s only two people on stage.
Their songs will tell you stories about forgotten places, secret hopes, dreams and the comfort of solitude. In the past two years, Poems for Jamiro played numerous shows around Europe, taking them as far as Iceland, Sweden, Great Britain and France.
After releasing an EP and their debut album "Homeward Bound" in 2014, their second album will be out in 2018.
