Keller Music returns - with Lydia Luce, Sarah Walk and Adam Barnes

We start with Lydia Luce and songs from her Album "Azalea”, produced by Jordan Lehning and Skylar Wilson. Combining her classical training with Americana and folk influences for a collection that feels authentic and comfortable in a way that only lifelong talent can create, a compilation of songs born from a collaboration in Nashville, TN. As she continues to write and record, her Spotify streams are climbing to over 17 million and counting - and we are very proud to welcome her in Giessen.

As a theatre with an American heritage we are glad to welcome another artist from the US: Sarah Walk, a Chicago born graduate of Berklee College of Music, signed to One Little Indian in 2016 and set to work on her debut album ‘Little Black Book’ with producer Steve Brown. Sarah’s songs are distilled drops of heartbreak, masterfully tinged with anger, regret and the obsession of desire. At once aching and artful, her work speaks to every magnitude of love and loss, while also examining identity, sexuality, nostalgia and homesickness.

Rounding up our night will be our friend Adam Barnes. Hailing from the countryside of Oxford, England, but now living in Berlin, Adam Barnes is a songwriter known for his melancholic indie/folk songs that speak of lost love, wistful thinking and the occasional adventure too. We are happy to welcome him back to Giessen, and are quite curious how his song cycle about his favourite Disney-Movies has developed.
