Was machen Stoffe mit uns, wenn sie uns umhüllen? Was machen wir mit ihnen? Wie berühren sie uns? Wie berühren wir sie? Zwischen Installation und Performance versteht sich die interdisziplinäre Produktion TextureBodyTexture als Hommage an den Tastsinn und wird, gehüllt in Klänge, für das Publikum unmittelbar erfahrbar.

Vor seinen Augen und um ihre Körper entstehen Kaskaden von Bildern, zwischen Unbelebtem und Lebendigem, zwischen Geometrie und Phantasma. Haut und Stoff, in Form gebracht, gehalten durch Knochen und Muskulatur, bilden selbst eine Textur der Bewegung und schaffen Raum für Imagination: Im einen Moment noch bewegte Skulptur, ein Fluss aus Stoff, im nächsten Moment abstrakte Landschaft oder amorphes Wesen?

What do fabrics do with us as they wrap themselves around us? What do we with to them? How do they touch us? How do we touch them?Tracing a path between installation and performance, the interdisciplinary production TextureBodyTexturerenders homage to the sense of touch, creating, with everything immersed in sound, an immediate experience for the audience. Before their eyes and around their bodies, cascades of images build up, between the inanimate and the animate, between geometry and phantasmic spectres. Skin and cloth, constantly transformed by bone and muscle, become themselves a texture of movement, creating space for imagination: in one moment a moving sculpture, a river of fabric, then in another an abstract landscape or an amorphous creature?
